- Example
1. Washing working electrode with DI water.
2. Dry electrode with N2.
3. Biochip connect setting.
4. Drop coating buffer on working electrode.
5. After incubating time, dry the coating buffer with N2.
6. Drop sample buffer or electrolyte cover all electrodes.Note:
- Use immediately once open to atmosphere. Keep away from moisture.
- The chip is a disposable chip (only for once measure)- The unique nano gold structure is fabricate on the electrochemical working electrode. Each of good nano gold particle is just 25nm. There are 60 billion nano gold particle on the each working electrode. Nano gold structure is suit for self assembly monolayer modification We ensure the uniformity of nano gold particle and particle size.The chemicals binding ability increased widely in nano scale. The ultra clean process prevent the oxidation on nano gold particle. It doesn’t need any clean process before using.
- The middle circle package is design for some low surface tension solution like ethanol. The leakage problem of nonuniform modification was solved by this design. The patent package can let user to drop the few target solution into white package wall without other fixers. The patent help user avoid residual buffer contamination in fixer and solve the inconvenience of measuring with fixer.
